I can't remember the movie that I watched when I was young, its about this young boy who got physically abuse by his father and one day, when his father was about to abuse him again, the boy called the child helpline and then he was taken to some sort of an orphanage... there, there is this little girl who got this long scar on her face... lastly, the young boy's parents was then taken to court... thats all I remember... can you tell me what's the movie by any chance ?

Based on the book written by Sara O'Meara and Yvonne Fedderson ('Silence Broken'), this TV movie chronicles how both Sara and Yvonne went all the way to help kids who had been neglected.
The TV movie begins with a young boy, Jacob, trying to hide from his abusive father as he tries to call the help center. Though Jacob's father eventually finds out where his son is, the help center eventually manages to trace where the call. After Jacob is being brought to the centrer, Sara and Yvonne reminisce about the time when they performed in Tokyo and the event that changed their life. The two women knew after their encounter with the homeless children on the streets of Tokyo that helping neglected children was something they can do.
