I and my wife have an US L1/L2 visa(From India) respectively. Our baby will be born in Oct.. What VISA should we take for the baby and is it necessary for both me and wife to be with baby during time of interview.

Im not sure I understand your question. But.. if your baby is born here then your baby is a US citizen automatically and you wouldn't need a visa for your child.
