I have a very heavy flow during menstruation,and I menstruate for btween 5 toto 6 days.hw do I reduce my periods,becoz now I hv been diagnised with anaemia whch ds heavy periods myt b a possible cause.. please help!

How old are you and have your periods always been heavy/long lasting?

You need to discuss this with a gynecologist. This is not something you can diagnose for yourself. You need a doctor.

You and your doctor need to find out why your periods are so heavy/long lasting. From there you can discuss ways to fix or lessen the issue. You cannot fix a problem unless you know what it is.

You need to see your Gynecologist. There are many ways to deal with your situation, but you need an exam and usually bloodwork.
