Divorce with 2 years green card
Hi there,I have question, I've been married only 7 months to my ex- husband. We got divorce last October 2012. I got my green card for valid 2 years. And right now I had a boyfriend almost now 8 months. And my ex husband kept telling me, that he's the one deport me when my green card will expire. Unfortunately he's the one divorce me, with reason he don't like me anymore. So my question is, did have possibility I can stay here in USA? If me and my boyfriend will be married, is he the one supporting with me. Did my ex-husband can allow me, to deport? Please help me.

    October 2012? That's only 2 months ago.
Even if 2011, you will need to pay a good lawyer to see if you can try to stay, whether you marry again or not.
