I just recently been having the throbbing pain in both lower back plus pelvic area no heavy lifting and not on meds... it's weird because I also been feeling this weird feeling in my breast almost as if I am due for a feeding "breast feeding" any thoughts on this ? I have made an appointment with my doc but it's not until 1-17-13... I'm really concern though, the pain I would rate on a scale of 1-10 about a 7..
