Failure to pay court ordered child support.

In Georgia, if the other parent is paying support that is normally considered visits by the court.

Rights can not be taken away in Ga for non payment or for not visiting child.

    1. is paternity established?
    2. is there any court orders for support or visit?

More detail is needed to the issues you have

Ga defines abandonment more broadly than other states. It includes in the definition failure to support a child.

It would help us help you if you describe your situation so we can give more than a generic response.
