I would kick her out but my concern is that she has 2 babies under 2 years old and would end up homeless. She always insults and yells, threatens when I don't want to listen to her and looses her temper with the 21 month old toddler, I live a nightmare and am constantly afraid of an explosion, what can I do without harming her babies?

Does she work? Where is the father of these children? Who pays for raising them?

Personally I'd kick her out. If she can't provide for her children and ends up homeless, her children will be taken away from her. At that point you see about getting temporary custody until she gets her act together.

Either that or you accept the way she treats you, since I really don't see any way that she's going to change at this point, not when she's gotten away with it this long.
