Plan B, or the anti-fertilization/implantation pill needs to be taken within a day or two of the sexual encounter where you think you might have had semen in your Vagina. If it is past that than you need to talk to a doctor about an abortion if that is your only option.

If it has been longer than that or you've missed your period, than the pill won't do anything. If you've already missed your period than you're going to have to find a medical professional to deal with this Issue of yours.
