I was arrested for grand theft auto which was plead down to disorderly intoxication and sentenced to 6 months probation. I violated probation next day driving a boat while impaired. What is the potential for jail time. What is the likely outcome

I'm not sure what the likely outcome is but would guess a judge would be a lot more lenient if you first of all, don't do any more stupid stuff and secondly, go to court with proof that you are working on becoming sober and are actively seeking treatment for alcoholism. I hope you are aware that these things demonstrate that you have a drinking problem, right?
