I just remembered this song from a while ago. I downloaded it as "Wither" by Dream Theater but it turned out to be something completely different. It began with a piano/keyboards intro and the lyrics were something like this for the chorus or pre chorus: "Your life's a lie..." can't remember the rest but I believe they said cancer somewhere between while the guitar was doing scale runs and had some sort of interlude with what seemed to be news reports in the middle of it.
