We build our house 4 years ago and have I have been living here with my wife and two little girls. The first time something strange happened was a month ago at 3:30am and tonight at around 10:15pm. Our led TV switched on on its own then and tonight. This time I walked in to the room to switch it off and then heard my daughters toy piano play. Everyone fast asleep. We keep on hearing sounds and have seen our bedroom curtains move. My wife and I exsperience this together, so I know we are not going nuts. Im just concerned for my family, what do I do and can I expect from? Will my girls be safe?

No, you're not going crazy... and spirits attached to homes and other such things is not uncommon at all. I can't say I'm entirely sold that these issues are spiritual rather than natural. But that does not mean it is not. Spiritual manifestations can take the form of anything... so it is possible nonetheless.

You're asking the right questions but the answers depend on a lot of factors.

If you're uncomfortable with this going on in your home (and I certainly would be), if you don't belong to a church I suggest you contact a local ministry. Any denomination is fine so long as the pastor UNDERSTANDS how to treat the situation. The situation is bascially this, you have an unwanted spirit in the home and it needs to be removed. Not blessed... removed. The only time something like that can be tricky is if you or any members of your family have given a spirit a RIGHT to be there or not... this would include playing with things of the occult or other serious vices.

Safety for your family is top of the list I understand, but again, hard to answer. Biblically we are told that there are some spirits more wicked than others and therefor it is also safe to assume some spirits are going to act out more than others. Some seem fine with just making their presence known while others can turn the situation ugly fast. Spirits are just like people in that they have personality and a will, therefore making them rather difficult to predict what their actions will be. It is not human, it never was human... so it's best to have this thing removed from the home.. if indeed there is one there... again I'm not entirely sold just because there have been some electrical issues and a curtain moved. I'll let you make that judgement.
