Me and my boyfriend were very very stupid. We shoplifted at sears (1 item at 200$) and got caught. We are completely clean we have nothing on our records not even a suspension in high school. Sears might decide to fine us we will find our soon as we are waiting for a letter in the mail. Also the cops filed a report, we have a court date and a finger print date in the next 2 months. This is a nightmare we have foolishly put ourselves trhough! What are the chances of us leaving court without a criminal record. Whatr can we do to not have one?
