Since you can't go to the vet until tomorrow, please go to your local store, wherever over the counter meds are sold, and buy some pedialyte. Follow the directions on the bottle. If you can't get pedialyte then buy gatorade. Both products counter dehydration, and though the dog may not like the taste, it's perfectly fine to give both products to your dog.

The main concern right now is dehydration. There's no way you can be hand giving enough water to keep this pup hydrated, and after 3 days of not drinking, it's not a good thing. Dehydration can and will kill. Please get the pedialtye and if there's any way, get the dog in to the vet sooner.

    Good luck.
