This morning I woke up and part of my loghts was out, and some of my outlets. No breaker was tripped

Try resetting your breakers anyway... sometimes they trip but don't appear tripped... so turn them off then back on and see if the problem remains first.

Most likely there is a loose connection in the circuit someplace, usually at a receptacle.

When you say your lights are out and receptacle, how big is the is the outage?

Just one room or multiple rooms?
