Im 17 and I have blood today and m'y blood pressure was 150/95 and after they Took m'y blood it went down to 135/85 what do I do

What did THEY say? Are you at all overweight? Do you eat a lot of junk food and fried food? Do you have a family history of HBP or heart disease?

That my blood pressure is to high for my age and I need go to the doctors right away and I went to school and I'm in college and I'm in culinary so I was cooking n I passed out , no They didn't tell me I'm over weight , I don't get junk food and I might eat fried food once every 3 weeks and I don't get a lot of sleep

No family history of hbp or heart disease only kidney and cancer
