What may be the cause of a constant light ringing and sense of pressure in an ear. I wake up with it and go to sleep with it, it doesn't really change during the day. Has been for aprox. 5-6 weeks.

What does your doctor say? What tests have been done?

Please go to an ear-nose-throat doctor. Some MD doctors are OK, too. You could have an infection. I wear two hearing aids, with tubes in my ears, and have had many experiences with ear problems. PLEASE see a ENT doctor.

Then that's something that needs to be done.
