I recently moved to ky in August and got married to my now husband in nov. he wants to adopt my daughter. Her biological dad has not seen her in two 1/2 years at least. He just recently facebooked me. He did not ask to speak with her or for a number.. what do I have to do to get my husband to adopted her. Her bio dad has not been around much only when its convient for him.. I don't want her to keep getting hurt what do I do?

The attorney can tell you whether there is a waiting period for how long you need to be married and what will be necessary to have the bio father's rights terminated. You will have to attempt to get the bio father to agree or find grounds to terminate his rights. Again, reasons you need an attorney.
