I had my son 11months ago via c-section, ever since I gave birth my periods have progressively gotten heavier and longer and with increased pain and cramping also, I have passed several very large clots (size of a quarter and larger), I didn't know if this is normal or if I should consult my OBGYN, before I had my son my periods were very very light, lasted 3 days and I had never experience cramps or pain etc.
