My daughter has been removed from my home for the third time now for substance abuse< only this time she was sexually abused as well, What are the chances of me getting her back or should I just relinguish my parental rights? Its ALL REALLY a LONG story... To much to type...

Whose substance abuse, is she the one abusing? Also who sexually abused her?

And who is asking you to relinquish your rights? Is it the agency that removed her or is something you thought of?
