I had message contact with one boy with whom I played as though we love each other. But the truth is that he was seeing another girl. But he gave more importance to me by talking with me day and night .he talked with me as a lover .but I fell in love with him once he speak about that girl. But he is not in love with her but likes her more than me. But proposed him one day but he didn't accept me. He asked me to forget him. But I can’t forget him and the days when he gave importance to me. It is painful I need him. But I am sure he won’t accept me. Please give me some solutions please

When ever you think about him do something you enjoy. It seem like its not going to work the first couple of times. Most of all avoid contact with or your feelings will come back.

It takes time to forget old strong feelings, so do other things you enjoy until you no longer hold onto past memories. He made his choice, so stop playing mind games with yourself.
