I want to know what to expect? I have been on probation now for 285 days of a year probation now do to lack of work I have no money to pay my fines and I got behind on my CS too do to no money to take a cab. I have 80 days left on the 12 months probation I was given. I was told today I owe still near $1000.00 and also 240 more hours of CS. I have to go to court in a week. My charge was dui 2n and driving on a permit and not yielding the right of way. I Have paid over $1500.00 so far.I have missed some times with my PO but have always seen her each month as I called her for a new date. Now she is taking before the same judge again for VOP

Time on probation doesn't COUNT toward your sentence... So, if you're violated, they can make you serve the ENTIRE underlying sentence.

You look like a good candidate for it too. Apparently you haven't obeyed a single order. Now, I understand about the money thing. You can't get a job... But, the community service thing, I DON'T understand. You had the TIME, but NOT the inclination. I think that's going to bite you in the a$$.

You can expect to be treated hard. Sorry no money for cab, but you most likely go other places ? The PO does not like to be disrespected by being blown off.

You talk to the PO and find community service that is closer to you.

1. missed meetings,
2. not did CS
3, not paid fees

On the fees, most likely they would have given you more probation time to do that.

But not doing CS and missing meetings, I would expect 1 to 3 months in jail and additional probation time. They do this to make you understand how serious you need to take things.
