Hi I'm not sure how to explain this but my pain is on my right foot on the inside by the arch of my foot. On the side of my foot it has a small red line where my pain is and its puffy. It is kind of like hard and hurts to walk or touch it. I have tried using ibruprofin and heating pads. I went to my regular doctor and he brushed it off saying it was probably a blood clot that will not go to my heart. I am not sure what to do.

You can stay off your feet for a while, wear well padded slippers, soak your foot in warm water, take ibuprofin - or go to a podiatrist. If there is a sports medicine clinic near you, try that first.
