The vent in my master bedroom blows hard than the other vents making the room much hotter or colder. Even when I close the vent it blows so hard it makes a whistling noise. How can I fix this is the house is heated & cooled evenly?

A damper needs to be installed where the branch duct for that room comes off the main trunk duct.
