Highly unlikely you will find anyone willing to hire you with that history.

Most likely not in trucking, you will not find any major carrier, perhaps some of the groups with a few trucks, low pay, no benefits and they will often cheat you on the milage for runs. Or perhaps some of the dump trucks or some of the tow trucks.
