I am new here and I just wanted some advice on my relationship.

So, me and my guy (both in early 20's) have been together for around an year and 7 months. Everything was fine till last year. We had our fights and arguments but in past 3 months I kind of went into depression and wasn't emotionally stable , I used to be touchy about everything but from last month I have been getting fine and I realized me and my guy have drifted apart. Its like whenever I need him he isn't there for me. I confronted him 2 days back and asked him if it really affected him when I was upset , all he said was that it has started affecting him less and that he loved me. I suggested we should break up and he asked me not to getting upset and sad.

I seriously don't know what to do and how to save the situation because this would only get worse. I really love him but I don't know.

Is couples counseling available where you live? And would he go with you?

That would help both of you explain to each other where you are mentally and emotionally. Meanwhile, an unbiased mediator would be in the same room and would ask helpful questions that will guide you two to come to the best conclusions for yourselves and the relationship.
