There is no fast, any fast would hurt your health even if you could.
But you
No fast foods at all.
No canned or process foods,
Eat only fresh foods and increase greatly fruits and veggies.
Start an expercise program that is done a hour to two hours daily.

In my opinion you have to do regular exercise.It is also better to do yoga daily.Because yoga play an important role in your healthy life.Please avoid fast food.You have to give more care about your diet.You have to eat more fruits and drink a lot of water.Please do not take tension about your weight loss.
