I built a offroad buggy out of a 1999 honda accord.When give it 1/2 or full throttle it falls /or dies .But when give throttle up slowly it reves up good .But not when I throttle fast.What could my problem be ?

Possibilities include Throttle Position Sensor, Ignition Control Module, coil, and Crankshaft Position Sensor.
