Month ago, I broke things off because I felt he wasn't trying to find time at all to see me, even when he had it. He is starting up a new business and is focused on making money through a time consuming casual job, which meant for the last three weeks of our relationship I saw him once. I said I could wait it out if he was willing to look at either cutting a few hours out to make a little time for us, or find another job that was less demanding, and he said he wasn't and it would be like this for 6 months or more.

Stupidly I had no contact for a week,'then we started sleeping together no strings attached. This has been going on for the last few weeks and it is emotionally painful for me. I know it has to stop. His hours at work have also evened out now, he generally has all evenings free.
Should I:
A) call him and explain how I feel, and say I can't be his booty call anymore, I want to be dating again or nothing
B) just go no contact without any explanation, even though that means he might not know how I truly feel
C) keep doing this casual sex thing, because he has been lately more intimate with me (cuddling etc) and we tend to hang out for hours when I go over before we even have sex...

Probably A, because you still have feelings for him and you should explain that to him

How about D: meet him for a cup of coffee and talk to him in person. There's no reason a serious conversation should take place over the telephone.
