We are replacing moter , loose wire on therstat, we think it goes to relay, can you help.

Unless you can provide very clear pictures of everything you are talking about there is no way anyone can help based on what you've written.

Be careful... if you do not have the installation manual and cannot replace the parts with new that are the same, you may be voiding the warranty and you will now be liable for any failure and damage... You really need to find the specific installation manual!
