    T8411r1002 honeywell is the pump out side is post to run when heat is on
    When the heat comes on the air compressor comes on ever time. Is that normal?

    On the t8411r1002 honeywell does the air compressor supposed run out side when the heat comes on?

    If you have a heat pump system the condenser (outside compressor and fan) will run during a call for heat or cool. Does the system appear to be heating the home correctly? If so, it sounds like you have a heat pump and this is normal operation for a heat pump.
