Small and big bumps full of solid white fluid on testicles
I have small and big bumps on testicles and bottom shaft of penis, it started as only a couple and over the year more and more have started to come. When I pop them a solid white thing comes out not like puss because puss is fluidy and white looks similar to puss but this stuff is way more solid. When popped it leaves behind a crater looking sore. Usually when popped attached at the end will be blood and the after sore usually bleeds for a bit and needs pressure . I feel like popping them is spreading it and making more and more appear. I really need help identifying it. I popped 7 and now covered in open sores that hurt too touch. Its not herpes I was tested. Please help before I go too
