My honda stalls out every time I slow down or stop. It has new plugs and wires, new cap and rotor, new fuel filter, and new fuel pump relay. I can't keep buying parts just to find out if that was the problem or not. It starts but spudders and stalls mostly when I slow down or stop, but also does it sometimes when I'm just driving normally.
