Accidentally my finger touched the fork in the area were the fork would be inside my mouth when eating, now while I was eating , I did not washed my hands before eating {i was out side shopping} I just interested in your opinion if I am in any risk for hipatitis b,c for not washing my hands

You are at risk for anything, not washing your hands, or carrying a hand santizer in your pocket, the bottles are small enough to carry with you. You are being paranoid, but yes we all have to worry about not washing hands before we eat. The fork was probably clean when you touched it, before transporting it to your mouth. Just be careful when eating out and wash or, if you can't do that, sanitize.
