I am convinced I heard a woman's voice in my house and also see a fast moving black shadow in my bedroom always the same place I never told anyone and strangley my partner so it last night as well when we were in bed .iam not afraid as a lot of things have accured over the 11 years I've lived in my house I just sometimes get a bit uneasy as I don't know who/what it is

There are a number of reasons a spirit can inhabit a home or attach to a person. Fearing it has nothing to do with the situation. Spirits do not gain or loose power in relation to your fear of them.

If you have access to records of your home, you may be able to figure out who previously lived and died there.
Did you just start hearing this recently or has it been going on for some time now? Sometimes renovations can stir up the activity. Have you done anything different, change something?
