    To old to be pregnant?
I am 42. Last month my period was 2 weeks early. This month so far no period, I did spot for 2 days. My breast have been sore and I am having sharp pains in my vagina that only last a couple of seconds. What do you think?

Try taking a HPT... until you are PAST menopause... you are still fully capable of getting pregnant.

You're definitely not too old to get pregnant. My MIL had my husband at 43. In college I had a friend whose youngest brother was 40 years younger than the oldest. Her mother had her last child at the age of 60.

Until you've gone through menopause you are still fertile, and perimenopause can last 10 or more years before you actually go through menopause.

Definitely try a pregnancy test. Make sure to use first morning urine for more accuracy.

    Good luck. :)
