I gave power of attorney to my mother as an assureity. She paid £10,000 to government for me to release on bail. After one year she received her money back and was intending to sell my property so I got revocation paper of power of attorney. After 3 weeks she went to india and sold half of my property and transferred half of it to her daughter in laws name. I am left here with nothing any advise? Really appericiate any help thank you.

You file suit to reverse the transfer of property showing that you revoked the POA prior to the transfer.
