I have a business that needs floor tile strip and wax. How much should I charge? It is 53,000 square feet.

If so, then I assume that it is a VCT floor and that it needs stripped down to the tile.

First question please, do you know when it was last stripped and refinished? AND... how much old wax is on the floor, because if there is a lot then it will take you longer to completely strip it.

OK, this is only a suggestion as the final price is your decision; my company is in the Chicago suburbs and for a normal strip and refinish we get $0.25 per sq ft.
