Hi. I have pco and a uterine polyp so have irregular cycle.however last two cycles wereof 44days .now in this cycle I started spotting on day 33 which continued for 7days.on since day 42 I'm having backache which occasional spotting in discharge.hpt is negative.now what should I do?today is day 44 and my back is killing me.should I take hcg?
