    Lock out disconnect
I've got a conveyor that is lock out by a 480 volt a/c disconnect on the west side of the conveyor. To get to this conveyor form the east side, I must walk complete around several processing machines to lock out the conveyor, and then walk back around the same processing machines to complete the required work on the conveyor. I would like to know, is putting another 480 volt a/c disconnect of the same type, on the east side of the machine would be legal. And wire the two disconnects in series (480 volts into the first. Daisy chain to the second and wire off the second disconnect to the motor) and have two disconnect on the machine which can be lock out from both sides

Adding the second disconnect would be the best method of offering LOTO on this feeder.
