I try find name of movie which I' saw in 80' in Czecholovakia. It was fairy tale about sister and brother. Brother has special ability for gold finding but he was lost (or kidnaped? Not sure). Sister try find him. Movie was bit creepy. I' remind scene with black death and village placed on dragon's back. On end movie brother can also draw gold in to his hands. Can anyone help with name of movie?

This is the story of a girl, Martha, whose brother, Mai, possesses a unique gift: He can find buried treasures, particularly gold, but it makes him very ill. Martha prefers to live in poverty rather than make her little brother suffer. However, not everybody is as concerned about Mai's well-being, and one Christmas, Mai is kidnapped. Martha decides to search for her brother, and her story begins. On the way, she meets genius inventor Orlando, and they travel together meeting various people.
