    Money met on writ...
I have a writ on my business bank accounts. I am in PA. Problem was, my payroll was this past Friday. Needless to say, I have been a mess. It is from a horrible attorney I had used for a restricted covenant case. My question is this... By Monday, I will have the $10,000 needed in a combination of two accounts. The accounts show negative balances of the amount of the judgement minus the money in said account. Will I have access to the accounts the second they show a positive balance (meaning the amount has been met) or does this attorney have the power to keep my accounts in "limbo" even after the monies have exceeded the amount required ?
