Im going through a divorce with two 16 month old boys my husband and I hve been having probems this entire year az d I'm just not happy anymore. Im not getting him for child support or trying to take his children from him but I do have one concern, we split up about a month or so and I've found someone else. I don't have any legal separation papers either. Could this potentaly get my babies taking from me if he brought this up in court?
