His user name is male.

The username may not be the OP's. It could be the boyfriends name, or a friends name. I don't think we can base the OP's sex on a username, especially since the poster did say her vagina has a bump on it. Just my opinion.

Tot the OP. If you are a girl it's time to see your doctor. Heck, if you're a boy and you have a vagina, then it's long past time to see your doctor. Either way, to the doctor you go.
