My arm and leg are always itchy and I have me getting little bumps on my hand there skin color in until I scratch them and when I scratch them out clear liquid will come out of the bump and they hurt to touch some time my hands and arms and lags have been get a bite dye but I have tried everything I don't know what to do any more

There are countless skin conditions that are itchy and bumpy, and many causes, often allergic reactions. Liquid coming out of the bumps might mean it's folliculitis. Buy some cortisone cream in any drugstore and try it on one area for several days to see if it helps. Buy Benadryl in any drugstore too, and take that to ease the itching. Buy very mild, unscented soap for bathing, and rinse the soap off very well. Wear loose cotton clothing. See a dermatologist if the cortisone doesn't work.
