I got two counts of 2nd degree felonys but both got reduced to 3rd degree felonys for attempt to distribute cocaine and heroin so how long will I get probation and jail time for? I wanted to move to mexico in feb. but I don't want to break my probation or anything so does anyone know how long I might get probation for

Don't plan any Mexico trip for any time soon.

And you may want to check with immigration even getting to go with the drug felonies.

But I would say that 3 to 5 year probation is not unusual. ( you failed to mention where this is, and if there were prior convictions, or if you are currently on any probation)

You may be lucky enough not to get any jail, but even that for 6 months to a year is possible.

This happened in Utah and I have a clean record this is the first time I have gotten in trouble and no I've never been on probation
