Hello,I have benefitted so much from you and other women's advice,I don't feel so much alone.Please wish me luck,I told you that I have a regular period and it is due to come tomorrow (15th) or the next (16th).I really pray it does not come.

I also want to ask about how to check my BBT.can a normal thermometer do it.
Can I check if my temperature is high by just feeling my body.I do feel slight temperature when I feel my neck,can I tell this way.

Go to Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com and that site should be able to help you chart your temps, and it tells you how to do it too. You use a normal thermometer. The temps are such that you need an exact measure of them to be able to see a difference. Feeling your skin won't help. You do it first thing you wake up in the morning, before you even get out of bed. Good luck!
