My daughters biological dad made it clear he didn't want her when I told him I was pregnant. He wasn't there during my pregnancy and his not on her birth certificate and he wants a DNA test to prove she's his. Now she's 4months and I just found out he had another daughter who's 2months younger than mines. My question is, does he have any parental rights towards my daughter after being absent for so long?

Potentially, he could ask for visitation, etc. It would be up to the court if he did so.

If it does go to court, you should ask for child support.

Of course he does. And a court will likely grant him visitation if he asks for it. It may be supervised at first, though.

Why haven't you gone after him for child support?
