    Mobile home tax lien
I purchased the tax lien on a mobile home in adams county Colorado. Now after holding the lien for one year and four months the property should be turned over to me. However, the county assessor is dragging their feet and telling me they are "sending out another letter, it will be one more week" over and over again. Does anyone know the law about this or where I can find the statute.

    Hello J:

Nahhh. How do you go into the tax lien business WITHOUT knowing the rules (law)? I spose a lawyer could help. However, if you were of a mind to see a lawyer, you'da done so before you bought your tax lien, and he'da told you not to do it. So, I doubt you'll hire one now.

PS> If you don't get satisfaction here, try a law library.

PPS> Did you take a course to learn how to do this?? Call up the guy you did your learning from.

PPPS> By the way, what do you get after all the time and money you spend? A broken down trailer that DEPRECIATES?

Not a business I'd go into. But that's just me.
