1-Sir I have a question that my Mom is sick and she told me to ask from Doctor Saheb that when a person is sick and can't pray at 5times in a day.. and can't catch 1year Salaat. How it can Bring Qazaii of these Salaat and what is Neyat?

2-Is Weter Wajib compulsory to bring Qazaii of that?
3-Is the Qazaii Salaat of Zohr performed before Asir Salaat or After that?
