    Could I be pregnant?
Hi, I'm 20 years old and I lifted and was carrying around my 4 year old nephew at the mall. After putting him down Im having pressure on the left bottom on top of my hip bone on my stomach and was feeling a little nausea also.. This never happen before to me and I just want to know should I be concern? Also I should add is I was 4 days late on my period and my period finally came and I'm on my 4the day on it which it usually last 5 days. But I been having un protective sex, so I was wondering is it a chance that I could be pregnant? That I think it's my period but really it's implantation? Please help!!

If you have your period then no, you're not pregnant.

Implantation bleeding (if it exists, and there's a lot of debate about that) would be spotting.

    What does "3 cram" mean?

The pressure you're feeling is likely just period related.

If you do feel that this isn't a period, then by all means take a pregnancy test in a few days, goodness knows we can't diagnose pregnancy online. But, based on what you posted, I'd say you're just having your period, and you're not pregnant... yet.

I meant 2 say I started 2 cramp afew hours later , but not regular cramps like I usually have when I'm on my period and I never cramp the 4th day of my period and yeah I'm just going to wait and then take a test to see, because I know the preasure in my stomach is not normal at all...

This does not sound like pregnancy at all, and you would want to wait at least two weeks and do a test first thing in the morning, but also would have to perhaps wait and see if you miss next month.

Sounds like a normal period, and cramps can and do vary on different months, Plus it could be a strain of a muscle from lifting the child.

Does not sound like pegnancy at all.
